A. Road sweepers are charged at a hourly rate depending on the location of the site. Usualy the minimum hours a roadsweeper is hired for are 4 hours which include an hours travel each way. The removal of the waste is charged on either a part or full load basis.
Q. How much waste is collected?
A. The amount of waste a Road Sweeper collects depends on how bad the area is. Typically a minimum hire accumalates a part load, however it is worth noting a Sweeper can fill up very quickly if the area is thick with mud.
Q. Can all Road Sweepers empty Gullies?
A. Not all Road Sweepers have an overhead Gully Pipe facility. Therefore it is important that you tell us that you require Gullies emptying. Furthermore anymore than a few Gullies will require a second operative which incur additional costs.
Q. Can you dispose of the waste on my site?
A. Yes, if you have a suitable area where we can tip the waste then we will do so. The waste can be quite wet so it would need to be tipped at a location where it could not affact surrounding area.
Q. Do you offer lower rates for long contracts and regular visits?
A. Yes we do offer a reduced rate for long contracts and regular visits. The rate will depend on the length of the contract and how regular the Sweeper is required.
